GAM Spring Meeting: Smith + Howard CEO to present on Succession Planning for manufacturers 

GAM is delighted that Sean Taylor, CEO, Smith + Howard, will be attending our Spring Meeting to deliver a keynote presentation and moderate an expert panel on succession planning for manufacturers.

Sean’s talk will examine the elements of succession planning that can make or break your business.

• Why do some plans do the opposite -- and bring a business to its knees?   

• And what are the critical human and business dimensions of succession plans that are often overlooked, and impact leadership, culture, and the future viability of the business?
