GAM is Connecting members 

During the past 14 months I’ve been with GAM, I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with many of you, but I also know that we have so many more amazing members that I have yet to meet, so introductions are in order: my name is Robert Jones, and it is my pleasure to serve as the GAM’s Director of Marketing and Communications.

The focal point of my job is to promote the Association and profile the work being done by the Association and our members. Whether it’s helping to put together our signature events, collecting and organizing Transformer, or increasing our LinkedIn engagement, the last year has given me countless opportunities to learn about manufacturing and to share the ways GAM supports its members. On June 12, we debuted another way that we are delivering value to our members: GAM Connect.

Think of Connect as a private social media platform just for GAM Members. Once you log-in you’ll be able to connect with other members, stay up-to-date on everything the association is doing for you, and you’ll always have access to resources we create.

As our President and CEO Lloyd Avram reminds us, GAM provides Representation, Resources, and Relationships to our members. GAM Connect is a big step forward in strengthening relationships and giving you better access to the resources we provide. It will also increase the collaborative communication between members and our staff, allowing us to better represent you and meet your needs.
